MovSquad ("we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of users of Idea Note (the "App") and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 User-Created Data

The App stores the following data locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

• Memos (titles, content, drawing data)
• Genre (tag) information
• App settings (language preferences, etc.)

1.2 Voice Data

When you use the voice input feature, your device's built-in speech recognition engine (provided by the OS) converts your speech to text. Voice data is processed on-device and is not sent to our servers. However, depending on the OS speech recognition engine, voice data may be transmitted to Apple's or Google's servers.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect the following information to improve the App's quality and stability.

Usage Data (Firebase Analytics)

• Screen view history
• Feature usage (creation, editing, and deletion of memos; voice input usage; drawing feature usage, etc.)
• App language settings
• Total memo count (as aggregate statistics)

Crash Reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

• App crash information (error types, occurrence locations)
• Device type, OS version

This information does not personally identify you and is used solely to improve the App's quality.

1.4 Advertising Information

The App uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect the following information to optimize ad delivery:

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID)
• Device information
• Approximate location
• Ad display and click data

On iOS, an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog will be displayed at first launch to request tracking permission. If you decline tracking, non-personalized ads will still be shown.

2. Data Storage and Security

• User-created data is stored only on your device.
• Backup data is protected with AES encryption, and encryption keys are stored in the device's secure storage.
• When using the data export feature, files are shared through user-initiated actions only.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services. Each service processes data according to its own privacy policy.

We do not sell, share, or provide users' personal information to any third parties other than those listed above.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

5. Your Rights

• Data Deletion: You can delete memos and genres within the App. Uninstalling the App will delete all data stored on your device.
• Ad Tracking Opt-Out: On iOS, you can change tracking permissions in your device Settings. On Android, you can reset or disable your advertising ID in device Settings.
• Analytics Opt-Out: You can limit data collection by Firebase Analytics through your device settings.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify you within the App.
